Born and raised in Hungary, I’ve been passionate about sharing my native language and culture with others. Since 2020, I’ve been teaching Hungarian online, starting part-time and quickly falling in love with the process.

Are the lessons suitable for beginners?Absolutely! The lessons are personalized for all levels, including complete beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced speakers. With Beginners we focus on pronunciation and basic expressions to start speaking - grammar perfection aside, for real-life language use. With more advanced learners we dive into rich conversations, while I guide and correct.

Are these lessons helpful for Hungarian citizenship applicants?Definitely. If Citizenship is your goal the lessons will include tailored content to help you pass the Hungarian citizenship interview.

How long does it take to learn Hungarian?The time varies based on your starting level and goals. With consistent effort and personalized lessons, many students see significant progress in 3-6 months.

How much do further lessons cost?After the Free Trial, a single lesson costs 20GBP / hour. With package deals you can buy lessons for as low as 14.95/ hour.

What tools do I need for the lessons?All you need is a stable internet connection, a computer or smartphone, and access to italki, Google Meet, or Skype. A notebook is recommended but not mandatory.

What kind of homework will I receive?Homework is tailored to your learning goals and may include vocabulary exercises, grammar drills, speaking prompts, and listening practice. If you just want conversation practise without homework that's also possible.

How flexible is the scheduling?You can schedule lessons at your convenience. Whether you prefer mornings, evenings, or weekends. The frequency is also up to you.
